Gold Prices Surge Again After Brief Dip; Per Tola Crosses Rs 386,000

Karachi: After a brief one-day dip, **gold prices surged once again** in both local and international markets on Friday, continuing a **week-long upward trend**.

In the **international bullion market**, the price of gold rose by **\$27 per ounce**, reaching **\$3,645**.

Following the global trend, the **local gold market** also recorded a significant increase. The price of **24-karat gold per tola** rose by **Rs 2,500**, bringing it to **Rs 386,500**, while the price of **10 grams of gold** increased by **Rs 2,143**, reaching **Rs 331,361**.

Similarly, **silver prices** also went up. The price of **per tola silver** increased by **Rs 130** to reach **Rs 4,456**, while **10 grams of silver** rose by **Rs 112** to **Rs 3,820**.

The steady rise in precious metal prices reflects ongoing global economic uncertainty and investor interest in safe-haven assets.
