Prime Minister’s Youth Program Chairman Rana Mashood Announces Global Youth Council Formation
Islamabad:Chairman of the Prime Minister’s Youth Program, Rana Mashood Ahmed Khan, has announced that 13 children from across the globe, including 100 from Pakistan, have been selected to become part of the Youth Council. Applications for this program were sought from across the world, including Pakistan.
Addressing a press conference in Islamabad, Rana Mashood shared details of the Youth Program, highlighting various categories such as IT, education, and sports. He emphasized that youth from diverse sectors had been included in the program to ensure balanced representation.
Rana Mashood expressed confidence in the leadership potential of the youth, particularly from Balochistan, stating, “In the coming days, Balochistan will lead Pakistan.” He lauded the achievements of the Prime Minister’s Youth Program, particularly noting the establishment of the National Youth Council through a transparent process.
The Chairman stated that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s vision has always been to empower the youth. He added, “The National Youth Council comprises young experts from various fields, giving them the opportunity to contribute to the nation’s development.”
Rana Mashood further emphasized the government’s success in negotiating an agreement with the International Monetary Fund (IMF). “The hard work of the Prime Minister’s team made the IMF agreement possible,” he said. He also noted that due to the government’s efforts, investors from around the world are now showing confidence in Pakistan, contributing to the creation of employment opportunities for the youth.
Reflecting on the government’s performance, Rana Mashood stated that after eight months in office, the results are evident. “After seven years, the world has started investing in Pakistan,” he remarked, adding that positive news about the country’s economy is emerging.
Rana Mashood concluded by highlighting the positive global perception of Pakistan, stating that the country’s image is being uplifted internationally, and that foreign investments are now flowing into the country thanks to the government’s work, particularly in relation to the IMF program.
