Severe Cold in Panjgur: Lack of Gas and Electricity Puts Lives at Risk
Panjgur:The temperature in Panjgur has dropped to minus 2 degrees Celsius over the past two nights, causing water to freeze and intensifying the cold. The harsh winter conditions have left residents struggling to cope with the freezing temperatures. However, despite the severe weather, the district is still without essential utilities like gas and a reliable electricity supply.
Panjgur is one of the coldest areas in the country, yet it remains deprived of gas facilities, leaving locals to endure severe discomfort during the winter months. The lack of basic heating resources exacerbates the difficulties faced by the people, forcing them to live in extremely harsh conditions.
In light of these circumstances, an urgent appeal has been made to Member of National Assembly, Phalin Baloch, to take action and address this critical issue. The provision of gas and electricity is a federal matter, and it is hoped that necessary steps will be taken at the national level to improve the living conditions of the residents of Panjgur.
