Saudi Digital Government Authority Reveals 2024 Ranking of Public Sector Digital Transformation
Islamabad:The Saudi Digital Government Authority has released a comprehensive review of the digital transformation performance of public sector institutions for 2024. This ranking is based on the quality of digital services provided by various government entities, highlighting their technological advancements and innovations.
The **General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI)** topped the list with an impressive score of 95.00%. In second place was the **Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development**, scoring 94.89%, followed by the **Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority**, which secured third place with 94.39%. The **Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA)** ranked fourth with 94.09%, and the **Ministry of Justice** came in fifth with 93.91%.
Other notable entities included the **Ministry of Health**, **Ministry of Energy**, and the **Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture**, which scored 93.70%, 93.56%, and 93.55%, respectively. In the education sector, **King Khalid University** and **Al-Qassim University** excelled with scores of 93.66% and 92.53%.
This ranking aligns with the **Saudi Vision 2030**, which aims to enhance government services by digitizing them to ensure easy access for the public. The results reflect remarkable progress in Saudi Arabia’s public sector, showcasing the country’s commitment to innovation, technical expertise, and the use of advanced technologies.
