Significant Drop in Broiler Chicken Prices, Meat Now Costs Rs. 446 Per Kg

Lahore: The price of chicken meat has seen a significant reduction, while the cost of eggs remains unchanged. According to the official rate list, the price of chicken meat has decreased by Rs. 7, bringing the new price to Rs. 446 per kilogram. Previously, chicken meat was priced at Rs. 453 per kg.
The price of live broiler chickens has also dropped by Rs. 5, with the wholesale rate now at Rs. 294 per kg, while the retail price stands at Rs. 308 per kg.
In the official rate list issued by the Lahore administration, the price of eggs has not changed and remains at Rs. 324 per dozen.
In Multan, the wholesale rate for live broilers is Rs. 292 per kg, the retail price is Rs. 306 per kg, and chicken meat is priced at Rs. 440 per kg. The cost of eggs in Multan is also Rs. 324 per dozen, as per the official rates.
