Peshawar High Court Grants Interim Bail to Salman Akram Raja Until January 3
Peshawar: The Peshawar High Court has granted interim bail to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Salman Akram Raja until January 3. The decision was made during the hearing of his bail application, which was presided over by Chief Justice Iftikhar Ibrahim.
During the hearing, Salman Akram Raja stated that he was unaware of the exact charges against him, adding that it seemed to be a time when multiple FIRs (First Information Reports) were being filed. In response, Chief Justice Iftikhar Ibrahim inquired whether he was a Member of National Assembly (MNA). To this, Raja confirmed that according to Form 45, he was indeed an MNA.
Following the exchange, the court granted him interim bail until January 3, providing temporary relief to the PTI leader.
