Sindh CM Murad Ali Shah Calls on Youth to Stand Against Corruption for a Better Future

Karachi: Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah has stated that corruption has infiltrated society like cancer, not only consuming the nation’s progress but also hollowing out the government system. Speaking on the occasion of International Anti-Corruption Day, he emphasized the need for collective action to eradicate corruption and safeguard the future.
This year’s theme for Anti-Corruption Day, “Empowering Youth to Fight Corruption for a Better Tomorrow,” underscores the critical role of youth leadership in the battle against corruption, according to the CM.
Murad Ali Shah urged the youth to rise today in the fight against corruption to secure a brighter future for the country. He stressed that the struggle against corruption requires unity from all sectors of society, including both the public and the government.
The Sindh Chief Minister further highlighted that the Sindh government is committed to a zero-tolerance policy towards corruption. He mentioned that the provincial Anti-Corruption Department has been strengthened and has successfully exposed several corruption scandals, bringing the culprits to justice.
