Roma Michael Prefers Working with Actors of Her Own Age Over Shah Rukh Khan
Karachi: Pakistani model and emerging actress Roma Michael, who recently made her acting debut with the drama Iqtedar, has expressed her interest in working on international projects and collaborating with actors of her own age.
In a podcast, Roma revealed that her participation in Miss Grand International was motivated by her desire to pursue opportunities in the global market. She also mentioned that she has been receiving work offers from across the world.
Roma shared her enthusiasm about potentially working on Indian projects, provided the circumstances are favorable. However, when asked about working with Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, she gave an interesting response. While acknowledging that working with the iconic actor would be a “wonderful experience,” Roma stated that she doesn’t see herself playing a lead role alongside him due to their age difference. At 29, Roma explained that she prefers to work with actors closer to her own age.
Roma Michael, who gained recognition through Miss Pakistan before representing the country in Miss Grand International, recently faced significant online criticism after wearing a bikini during one of the competition’s rounds. Despite the backlash, Roma remains determined to carve out a space for herself in both local and international entertainment industries.
