Violent Actions by PTI Workers Continue Under the Guise of Protest in Islamabad

Islamabad: Violent actions by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) workers continue in Islamabad under the pretext of ongoing protests. During these protests, several police and Rangers personnel have been martyred, and government properties have suffered extensive damage.
Video footage from the protest clearly shows that the vandalism and arson were carried out in a well-coordinated manner. PTI activists attacked government properties, causing irreparable damage.
Among those martyred in the violent attacks were Rangers personnel, including Naik Muhammad Ramadan (47 years, from Karak), Sepoy Gulfam Khan (29 years, from Rawalpindi), and Sepoy Shah Nawaz (33 years, from Sibi). Many others have been injured. In addition to Rangers personnel, Punjab Police have also lost officers, with one martyred and at least 119 others injured. The protesters also caused significant damage to 22 police vehicles.
Islamabad police have reported that 11 of their officers were severely injured in the clashes.
The violent protesters targeted and damaged various government properties, setting fires and causing widespread destruction. Multiple videos of the destruction have surfaced on social media.
The police have arrested several violent protesters, and efforts to identify other culprits are underway. Strict legal action will be taken against those responsible for the violence and property damage.
