Balochistan MPA Meena Majeed’s Brother Orangizeb Majeed Reportedly Abducted in Mand
TURBAT: Orangaizeb Majeed, brother of Balochistan Assembly member and Adviser on Sports and Youth Affairs Meena Majeed, has reportedly been abducted by unidentified armed men in the Mand area of Balochistan.
According to sources, the incident took place in Baloch Abad, an area of Mand, where four unidentified armed men riding two motorcycles allegedly intercepted Orangizeb Majeed at gunpoint and took him to an undisclosed location.
The incident has raised concerns among local residents, while an official, detailed statement from the local police was not immediately available.
Balochistan Home Minister Confirms Incident
Balochistan Home Minister Mir Ziaullah Langau confirmed the incident during a press conference in Quetta after a journalist asked him about the reported abduction.
Following the incident, security and law enforcement agencies have reportedly launched investigations and operations to ensure the safe recovery of the abducted man and arrest those responsible.
