Unknown Armed Men Set Sawar Police Checkpoint Ablaze on Makran Coastal Highway

Quetta (Daily Qudrat Quetta): Unknown armed men surrounded the Sawar police checkpoint on the Makran Coastal Highway and set it on fire.

According to police sources, the incident occurred on Thursday afternoon when armed men riding four motorcycles suddenly attacked the checkpoint and set the rooms ablaze.

Police sources said the armed men also took away the mobile phones of the police personnel. There was no loss of life in the incident, and the staff posted at the checkpoint remained safe along with their weapons. The suspects fled the scene after the attack.

Security forces have launched a search for the suspects.
