Imran Khan Is Not Worthy of Being Compared to Maryam Bibi: Hina Pervaiz Butt

Lahore (Qudrat Daily): Following a social media post by Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, PML-N leader Hina Pervaiz Butt and former federal minister Fawad Chaudhry came face-to-face on social media.

According to details, the debate began after Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif posted a tweet in which she thanked Allah Almighty, writing: “Alhamdulillah! I bow my head before Allah and dedicate this great honour to the people of Punjab. I pray that we continue to achieve milestones of progress.”

After Maryam Nawaz’s post, while PML-N leaders began praising her, the opposition started criticising it and reminding her of their own government’s welfare projects. Former PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry, in a highly humorous and sarcastic tone, referring to Maryam Nawaz’s statement, wrote: “Thank you for acknowledging Imran Khan’s housing vision! Please also restore the health card — these are far better ideas than distributing free scooters and laptops.”

Upon this, PML-N leader and Punjab Assembly member Hina Pervaiz Butt also entered the fray, criticising PTI founder Imran Khan and writing on social media: “Where did Imran Khan come from? He didn’t even build a single house; he only made tall claims. Imran Khan is not worthy of being compared to Maryam Bibi.”
