JUI-F Leaders Demand Justice for Martyred Worker and Call for Withdrawal of FIRs

Quetta:The leadership of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F) in Quetta, including Council Head Maulana Hafiz Hussain Ahmad Shroodi, Maulana Shah Muhammad, Haji Syed Abdul Wahid Agha, Maulana Mohammad Hashim Khishki, Maulana Mufti Rahmatullah, and several other prominent leaders, issued a joint statement condemning the recent police action against their party workers.
The statement expressed concern over the filing of an FIR against JUI-F leaders and workers, including Maulana Mohammad Usman Parkani, Dr. Ali Nawaz Parkani, Mir Kalam, Asadullah, and other party members, following a recent incident. They called for the immediate withdrawal of the FIR, warning that if their demand is not met, JUI-F will take all necessary steps to defend and protect its workers.
The statement also expressed deep sorrow over the tragic death of Abdul Rahman Parkani, describing his untimely martyrdom as an irreplaceable loss not only for his family but for the entire JUI-F community. The leaders called for the immediate arrest of the killers and the disclosure of the motives behind the killing. They emphasized that JUI-F will not compromise on the protection of people’s lives and property.
Highlighting the importance of peaceful protest as a fundamental right of every citizen, the leaders strongly condemned the cases filed against the affected family and party members. They called for the immediate suspension of the SHO (Station House Officer) of New Saryab Police Station and the withdrawal of the FIRs against Maulana Mohammad Usman Parkani, Dr. Ali Nawaz Parkani, and the affected family members.
If their demands are not met, JUI-F warned that it would begin a protest movement. In the meantime, JUI-F district leadership, including Maulana Hafiz Hussain Ahmad Shroodi and Maulana Mohammad, visited the family of Dr. Ali Nawaz Parkani in Goharabad to express their condolences over the martyrdom of Abdul Rahman Parkani.
The JUI-F leaders reiterated their commitment to standing by their workers, stressing that the party will continue to fight for justice and the rights of its members.
