“Those Taunting Me About Resignation Should First Submit Their Own Resignations”

Islamabad (Daily Qudrat): Member of the National Assembly and PTI leader Sher Afzal Marwat has said that those taunting him about resignation should first submit their own resignations. I ran the election campaigns of all these people holding their hands. At that time there was an environment of fear and pressure. If I had not come out in the field, perhaps the party’s very existence would have been in danger.

According to X, while speaking, he said that those taunting him about resignation should first submit their own resignations. I ran the election campaigns of all of them. The people who could not even hold corner meetings in their constituencies — I went to all their constituencies and ran their campaigns holding their hands. At that time there was an environment of fear, dread, and pressure. If I had not come out in the field, perhaps the party’s very existence would have been in danger.

Sher Afzal Khan Marwat said that KP Chief Minister Sohail Afridi should answer Imran Khan’s questions before questioning him. Imran Khan’s clear position was that drone attacks should not occur in the province, and if such incidents happen, cases should be registered against them. Imran Khan had also said that no new operation should be allowed, but contrary to this, funds were formally allocated for operations.

Khan Sahib said that if the government is to go, let it go — you have to resist the federal government’s and the establishment’s actions that conflict with the Constitution.

Sher Afzal Marwat said that even today, under your own government, Murad Saeed’s secretary is abducted. With your own government in place, election theft was committed in Haripur. Chief Minister Sahib, tell us, what achievement have you secured? Eleven months have passed; to date, the public is only being led behind a truck’s light. No practical progress is visible for Imran Khan’s release and freedom.
