Fourth Non-Bailable Arrest Warrants Issued for Aleema Khan, Court Orders Immediate Arrest and Production on October 24

RAWALPINDI: The Anti-Terrorism Court has once again issued **non-bailable arrest warrants for Aleema Khan**, ordering her arrest and production before the court on **Friday, October 24**.

This marks the **fourth time** such warrants have been issued against Aleema Khan. The court has now directed the **City Police Officer (CPO)** to ensure execution of the arrest warrants without further delay.

During the proceedings, **Aleema Khan’s guarantor, Muhammad Sharif**, appeared before the court. Previously, warrants had also been issued against him for failure to produce the accused. Sharif had provided a **surety bond worth Rs1 million** for Aleema Khan’s bail.

The court expressed displeasure over the non-compliance of its previous orders and issued a **contempt notice to the City Superintendent of Police (SP)** for failure to execute the warrants. Additionally, a **show-cause notice was served to DSP Waris Khan, Naeem Yaseen**, who claimed in his written response that Aleema Khan could not be located.

However, the court was informed that **Aleema Khan was seen outside Adiala Jail throughout the previous day**, contradicting the police’s claim.

Judge **Amjad Ali Shah** of the Anti-Terrorism Court ordered the **forfeiture of the Rs1 million surety bond** submitted by Muhammad Sharif and directed both the SP and DSP to **ensure immediate compliance** with the arrest order.
