US Army Female Officer Embraces Islam, Recites Shahada

ISLAMABAD: A female officer serving in the US Army has reportedly embraced Islam after being inspired by the faith’s message of truth, peace and universality.

According to the report, the officer, who was previously a non-Muslim, recited the Shahada (declaration of faith) and entered the fold of Islam.

A fellow Muslim soldier reportedly played an important role in her spiritual journey. His good character, Islamic way of life and sincere guidance are said to have inspired the officer and developed an interest in Islam.
