Azerbaijan’s President Says Pakistan Has the Ability to Help Resolve Iran–U.S. Tensions

Baku: Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has said that Pakistan has the ability to help resolve tensions between Iran and the United States, while praising Islamabad’s efforts to promote regional peace.

According to official remarks, President Aliyev said that common challenges can only be addressed through cooperation and dialogue. He also commended Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir for their commitment to peace and stability in the region.

The Azerbaijani president described the Pakistani leadership’s efforts to reduce regional tensions as commendable and expressed appreciation for their role in promoting diplomatic engagement.

Referring to the ongoing tensions in the Middle East, President Aliyev said he hoped Pakistan would once again play a constructive role in regional peace efforts.

The remarks reflect President Aliyev’s assessment of Pakistan’s diplomatic role and its potential contribution to easing tensions between Iran and the United States.
