Agreement Reached on Resolving Employees’ Issues: Balochistan Grand Alliance and JUI-F Hold Key Meeting

Quetta – Leaders of the Balochistan Grand Alliance held an important meeting with Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F) Balochistan provincial chief and Senator Maulana Abdul Wasay in Islamabad, where issues faced by government employees and their charter of demands were discussed in detail.
The delegation included Central Organizer Malik Qudus Kakar, Deputy Central Organizer Haji Muhammad Shafa Mengal, and Organizing Committee member Younas Kakar. Senator Maulana Abdul Wasay warmly welcomed the delegation and listened to their concerns regarding employee rights and service-related issues.
During the meeting, the Grand Alliance representatives highlighted that government employees in Balochistan have long been facing severe financial difficulties due to rising inflation, imbalance in salaries and allowances, and delays in service structure reforms and upgradation.
They stressed that addressing these issues on a priority basis would significantly improve the performance and efficiency of government institutions across the province.
Senator Maulana Abdul Wasay assured the delegation that government employees are the backbone of any state system and pledged to raise their legitimate demands at all relevant forums. He also reaffirmed his commitment to support efforts aimed at resolving their issues in an effective and meaningful manner.
The meeting concluded with a mutual understanding to continue dialogue and coordination for the resolution of employees’ concerns and improvement of their working conditions.
