PkMAP Condemns Alleged Land Grabbing in Quetta, Warns Against Tampering with Revenue Records

Quetta (News Desk) — The Pashtunkhwa Milli Awami Party (PkMAP) has strongly condemned what it described as attempts to कब्जा tribal ancestral lands in various areas of Quetta, warning that any tampering with official land records will not be tolerated.
In a provincial press release, the party alleged that thousands of acres of land in areas including Saraghurgai, Hanna, Sarakholah, Killi Ragha, Killi Malik Shabak, Ghabarg, and Nohisar are being marked as “restricted” by certain government and private entities in an effort to declare them state property.
The statement maintained that these lands historically belong to the Bazai and Yaseenzai tribes, with proper ownership records, including transfer numbers and joint land titles, already موجود with the revenue department.
PkMAP accused authorities of ignoring existing records and attempting to alter them to facilitate illegal occupation, calling it a “deliberate conspiracy” that could disrupt law and order in the region.
The party warned that it would not accept any encroachment on public or tribal lands and vowed to launch protests and expose those involved through public campaigns and social media, with the support of local communities.
The statement further noted that such actions would violate existing court rulings regarding unmeasured lands, demanding an immediate removal of “restricted” markings and an end to alleged land कब्जा efforts.
PkMAP emphasized that it reserves the right to initiate legal action and organize protests in the affected areas if the situation is not addressed promptly.
