Mustafa Amir Murder Case: Accused Armaghan Files No-Confidence Motion Against Court

Karachi: In the Mustafa Amir murder case, the main accused, Armaghan, has filed a no-confidence petition against the court.

According to Express News, Armaghan submitted the petition in the Special Anti-Terrorism Court, expressing doubts over the provision of fair and transparent justice.

In his petition, Armaghan stated that he has no expectation of receiving justice from this court and requested that his case be immediately transferred to another court, claiming that all his previous applications have been dismissed.

He alleged that the complainant has moved all related cases to the same judge’s court, raising concerns of a possible deal between the judge and the complainant, which could undermine the principles of justice.

Armaghan further complained that the presiding judge’s behavior toward him and his lawyer during the proceedings has been highly inappropriate, causing him to question the court’s impartiality.
