Balochistan CM Praises Pakistan’s Role in US-Iran Ceasefire

QUETTA: Chief Minister of Balochistan, Mir Sarfaraz Bugti, lauded Pakistan’s national leadership—including Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Asim Munir—for their pivotal role in securing the ceasefire between the United States and Iran.
In a statement, he said Pakistan, as a responsible state, played an effective and decisive role in reducing regional tensions and facilitating the ceasefire. He noted that Pakistan’s prudent national leadership strengthened the country’s diplomatic credibility on the global stage, while Field Marshal Asim Munir’s professional strategy and timely actions prevented a potential regional catastrophe.

The CM emphasized that Pakistan’s balanced and proactive diplomacy sent a positive message to the international community, reaffirming that peace is the country’s foremost priority. He described the success as a significant milestone toward sustainable peace and expressed hope for a full ceasefire and long-term stability in the region.
Mir Sarfaraz Bugti further highlighted that this achievement reflects Pakistan’s effective narrative, wise decision-making, and international trust—earning a prominent place in history.
