Driver of Election Commission Kohlu Killed in Duki Armed Robbery Attempt

Kohlu:A tragic incident unfolded in the Wariyzai area of Duki where armed assailants opened fire, killing Mastana Zarkoon, a driver of the Election Commission in Kohlu.

According to sources, Mastana Zarkoon was on leave and traveling home when armed robbers attempted to hijack his vehicle. He reportedly resisted, prompting the robbers to shoot him. He died on the spot.

The assailants fled the scene with the stolen vehicle. Law enforcement, including Levies personnel, has launched a search operation and set up checkpoints in an effort to apprehend the culprits.

Authorities have yet to issue an official statement, and investigations are ongoing.
