Iran Strikes Haifa Oil Refinery in Israel Again, Fire Erupts

Islamabad (Qudrat Roznama) – Missile debris from an Iranian attack hit an oil refinery in Haifa, Israel, damaging industrial buildings and a fuel tanker. This marks the 86th wave of Iranian missile strikes on Israel. Following the attack, flames and smoke were seen rising from the refinery, and a chemical factory in the industrial zone was also affected.

The missile assault on Tel Aviv caused the Israeli parliament to postpone a scheduled session. The Israeli military confirmed that 261 soldiers have been injured since the start of the conflict, though casualty figures remain undisclosed.

According to Israeli fire services, the missile was intercepted in mid-air, but its debris fell within the refinery premises, directly damaging a tanker and causing smoke to billow from nearby buildings. Firefighters are reportedly searching for individuals who may be trapped under the debris.

Energy Minister Eli Cohen assured that the refinery’s production facilities are secure and fuel supply will not be affected.

Separately, the Iranian judiciary sentenced two individuals to death for allegedly belonging to an opposition group and planning armed attacks in Tehran using locally made launcher devices.
