Pakistani Airstrikes Expose Taliban Regime’s Support for Terrorists, Media Access Blocked in Affected Areas

Islamabad: Pakistan targeted key terrorist hideouts in Afghanistan based on verified and reliable intelligence. However, immediately following the airstrikes, the Taliban regime blocked access for Afghan media and civilians to the affected areas, revealing the regime’s hypocritical policies and its backing of terrorist networks.
According to The South Asia Times, Afghan state-controlled media only released footage of debris in Bihsud, while reports from other destroyed sites were withheld. Residents of Paktika, Khost, and Nangarhar reported that Taliban forces cordoned off multiple areas immediately after the strikes.
Local witnesses stated that terrorists had been residing in these locations with their families for several years. Requests by journalists to visit Khwagani, Nangarhar, Khost, and other affected areas were denied, raising questions about the actual casualty figures and the full impact of the operations.
Experts say that restricting independent media access strengthens the perception that the Taliban regime is actively concealing the ground realities. Verified evidence indicates that Afghanistan continues to serve as a safe haven for global terrorist organizations, including Fitna al-Khawarij and Fitna al-Hindustan. The media blockade underscores that Taliban-backed terrorist bases remain operational in the country.
