Trump Launches “Board of Peace”; 20 World Leaders Sign Charter with U.S. President

**Islamabad:** U.S. President Donald Trump, speaking at the World Economic Forum in Davos, announced the launch of his proposed global forum, the “Board of Peace,” aimed at providing an effective platform for resolving international conflicts. Trump claimed that since his return to power, eight wars have been ended and global tensions have noticeably decreased due to U.S. foreign policy.
Regarding Iran, Trump praised U.S. strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities in June last year, claiming they completely dismantled Iran’s nuclear capability and brought the country to the negotiating table. He also highlighted U.S. operations against ISIS in Syria, stating that these efforts have reduced security threats in Europe, the U.S., and the Middle East.
Trump formally unveiled the Board of Peace charter in Davos, joined by leaders from Bahrain and Morocco. He presented the signed documents to the media, after which 20 other global leaders took turns signing the charter.
On Gaza, Trump warned that the situation could worsen if Hamas does not disarm, emphasizing that the U.S. will continue working with the United Nations and other international bodies to address the issue.
The initiative reportedly involves 59 countries participating in Middle East peace efforts, with several world leaders expressing interest in joining the forum.
