The new designs will highlight **Pakistan’s regional and geographical diversity**, along with important **historical landmarks**. Themes such as the **role of women in national development** and **climate change awareness** will also be reflected in the designs.
Before the final issuance of the new banknotes, the cabinet approved the formation of a **special cabinet committee** to further review and finalize the proposed designs.
Meanwhile, the cabinet also directed that the draft **Private Hajj Policy 2027–2030** be referred back to the Hajj Policy Committee for further deliberation. The draft policy covers matters related to the **registration of private Hajj operator companies** and **third-party verification mechanisms**.
