Lawsuit Filed Against Will Smith Over Sexual Harassment Allegations

**Islamabad:** Hollywood star and rapper Will Smith has been embroiled in a new and serious legal controversy after a male colleague accused him of sexual harassment. The lawsuit has been filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court, California, drawing significant attention within the entertainment industry.

According to court documents, Brian King Joseph, a violinist who was part of Will Smith’s 2025 music tour, has approached the court with allegations of sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and retaliation. The plaintiff stated that he was hired as a violinist for a show in San Diego in November 2024, after which Smith allegedly offered him a role in his 2025 world music tour and upcoming album *Based on a True Story*.

The lawsuit claims that Will Smith allegedly adopted a “predatory pattern of behavior,” gradually attempting to mentally condition the plaintiff for sexual exploitation. Brian King Joseph alleged that Smith told him at one point, “Our relationship is special; I don’t have this kind of connection with anyone else,” which caused him severe emotional distress.

A key incident cited in the lawsuit allegedly took place in March 2025 in Las Vegas, where Will Smith was performing. The plaintiff claimed that his hotel room key pouch went missing through Smith’s management, and he later felt that someone had entered his room. He alleged that he found a handwritten note in the room reading, “Brian, I’ll be back… just us,” which left him deeply frightened.

Joseph further claimed that other items in the room heightened his fears, prompting him to inform hotel security, Will Smith’s representatives, and the police. However, a few days later, a member of Smith’s management team allegedly terminated his employment, accusing him of fabricating the incident.

The plaintiff stated that following his dismissal, he developed PTSD and other psychological issues. In response, Will Smith’s attorney, Allen B. Gradsky, has categorically denied all allegations, describing them as baseless, false, and irresponsible.

It is worth noting that Will Smith released his latest album *Based on a True Story* in March 2025, while his global music tour began in June from Rabat, Morocco. The case has sparked intense scrutiny in showbiz circles as legal proceedings move forward.
