Violence and Accidents Rock Balochistan: 8 Dead, Multiple Injured in Sibi, Panjgur, Jhal Magsi; Gas Explosions in Quetta Injure Women and Children

**Quetta/Sibi/Panjgur (Daily Qudrat):** A series of violent incidents, attacks, and accidents across Balochistan have claimed the lives of eight people and injured several, including women and children.
In **Sibi**, a hand grenade attack in the busy Chainak Chowk area left one person, Muhammad Wafa, dead and five others injured, spreading panic among locals.
In **Panjgur’s** Gwargo area of Kata Gri, unknown assailants attacked a house belonging to Zahid with small rockets and automatic firearms, killing three people—Zahid, Hatim, and Saifullah—and injuring another, Qadoos. In another Panjgur incident, a speeding car on the CPEC road in Bonistan ran over pedestrian Baqar Ali, killing him; the driver fled the scene.
In **Jhal Magsi**, a longstanding personal feud led motorcycle riders to open fire indiscriminately, killing Allah Bakhsh and Abdul Sattar Khosa before fleeing.
Meanwhile, in **Quetta**, gas leaks caused two explosions in Sabzal Road and Muslim Ittehad Colony, injuring six people, including women and children. Separately, a K-Electric line man, Muhammad Ayaz, died after being electrocuted while working on Bori Road.
Authorities and local police have registered cases and launched investigations into all incidents, promising to take action against the perpetrators.
These events highlight ongoing security and safety challenges in Balochistan, affecting both urban and rural areas.
