Pakistan Reaffirms Support for Diplomatic Efforts to Ensure Peace and Stability in Yemen
Islamabad: Pakistan has reaffirmed its support for diplomatic initiatives aimed at establishing peace and stability in Yemen. The country appreciates the efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in this regard and also recognizes the contributions of the United Arab Emirates.
A spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized the importance of respecting Yemen’s unity and territorial integrity, urging all parties to refrain from any unilateral actions that could escalate tensions.
The spokesperson called on all Yemeni factions to constructively and sincerely advance towards a comprehensive, negotiated political solution based on mutually agreed points.
Pakistan hopes that sustained diplomatic efforts will help alleviate the difficulties faced by the Yemeni people and pave the way for lasting peace in the region.
