PML-N Leader Claims PPP Offered PTI Support to Form Government, PTI Declined

PML-N leader and Federal Minister Musadik Malik has revealed that the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) allegedly offered unconditional support to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) for forming the government, but PTI declined both opportunities.

Speaking to a private news channel, Malik claimed that senior PPP leader Khurshid Shah personally called PTI, offering votes to help them form the government. However, PTI rejected the proposal.

He further stated that PPP leader Nadeem Afzal Chan also approached PTI with the message that the PPP was ready to extend unconditional support if PTI wished to take charge. PTI, he added, declined this offer as well.

Musadik Malik criticized PTI’s approach, stating:
“PTI neither wants to form the government nor run it, and it doesn’t allow others to run it either. What exactly does PTI want?”

The remarks have added another layer to the ongoing political discourse surrounding coalition possibilities and inter-party negotiations.
