Pakistan Successfully Tests Indigenous Fatah-IV Cruise Missile, Strengthens Defense Capabilities

Islamabad: The Pakistan Army on Tuesday successfully conducted the test launch of the **Fatah-IV**, an indigenously developed, ground-launched cruise missile, marking a significant milestone in the country’s defense capabilities.
Equipped with state-of-the-art avionics and advanced multi-dimensional navigation systems, the Fatah-IV ensures high precision in striking designated targets. A key feature of the missile is its **low-altitude flight profile**, enabling it to evade enemy missile defense systems and enhance survivability and effectiveness.
During the training launch, the Fatah-IV successfully achieved its target at a range of **750 kilometers**, further strengthening Pakistan’s conventional missile arsenal in terms of reach, accuracy, and deterrence.
The test was observed by the **Chief of General Staff**, senior armed forces officers, scientists, and defense experts. The event highlighted the expertise of Pakistani engineers and scientists, as well as the professional readiness of frontline troops.
President, Prime Minister, Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee, and Services Chiefs congratulated the officers, scientists, and engineers involved in the successful trial, praising their dedication and contribution to national security and defense self-reliance.
