Woman Jumps into River Indus with 2-Year-Old Daughter in Suicide Attempt

Moro: A tragic incident occurred near the River Indus, where a woman jumped into the river along with her 2-year-old daughter in a suicide attempt. The woman’s body has been recovered by local divers, while the search for the child continues.
According to the Station House Officer (SHO) of Moro, the woman, from the village of Laghari Bajarani, took her life due to financial hardships and domestic issues.
The woman’s body was retrieved by local divers, and efforts are still ongoing to find the missing child.
Police also revealed that the woman’s husband had been arrested a month and a half ago due to his involvement in a protest incident that occurred in Moro.
