PTI Will Remain Part of Parliament, Will Consult Imran Khan Regarding By-elections: Chairman PTI

Islamabad: Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Barrister Gohar, stated that the party will remain part of Parliament, but first, they will consult with the founding Chairman of PTI, Imran Khan, regarding the upcoming by-elections.
In a media interaction in Islamabad, Barrister Gohar mentioned that the party’s commitment to Parliament remains firm, but discussions with Imran Khan would precede any decisions about participating in the by-elections. He added that once he meets with Imran Khan, the details regarding the by-elections will be shared.
Barrister Gohar also spoke about the success of the August 5th protest, calling it effective and impactful. He emphasized that each constituency had assigned members to fulfill duties, and people from every district participated in solidarity, demonstrating how protests take place in a democracy.
Furthermore, the PTI Chairman assured that members of Parliament will continue to fulfill their responsibilities. He also pointed out that PTI’s members are facing numerous legal cases, with each member having up to 50 cases against them, yet they are already making significant sacrifices.
