Helicopter Crash Debris Looted in Mohmand, Two Suspects Arrested

PESHAWAR: Equipment from the wreckage of a government helicopter that crashed in the Mohmand district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has been stolen, police reported.
According to authorities, two suspects have been arrested for allegedly looting the debris of the helicopter following the recent crash. The suspects, identified as Yasin and Basit, reportedly took items from the crash site.
Police stated that the suspects were apprehended during a swift operation conducted by law enforcement and security forces. Both suspects are residents of Daryab Korona, Michini.
It is worth noting that the helicopter, belonging to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government, crashed last Friday while en route to flood-affected areas in Bajaur for a relief mission. The tragic incident claimed the lives of five crew members, including two pilots.
