Colonel Amit Kumar Exposes Sexual Predators Within Indian Army Under Modi’s Rule

"Military Officers Rape Women, Covering Up Under the Guise of Orders and Duty"

New Delhi – A shocking revelation has emerged from within the Indian Army as Colonel Amit Kumar has accused high-ranking officers of raping his wife and covering up the crime under the guise of duty and military discipline. In a bold and emotional statement, Kumar exposed what he describes as a “network of sexual predators” protected by the military hierarchy and political silence during Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s tenure.
Colonel Kumar revealed that his wife was sexually assaulted by senior officers, including generals and brigadiers, after he brought her to a family ward. He claims that despite having video evidence, no FIR was effectively pursued, and the investigation was led by the very individuals implicated in the case.
According to Kumar, FIR No. 33/2024 named three brigadiers and one lieutenant colonel, all of whom were later cleared of all charges without a fair investigation. He further alleged that top officials like Adjutant General Lt. Gen. S.P. Singh’s brother, Brigadier Prabhu, and Major General Sandeep—who also serve as legal advisors—were involved and ensured that no justice was served.
The colonel criticized the Indian Army’s leadership for staying silent on such grave crimes. “This is not negligence; it’s a calculated criminal operation,” he said, adding that the hospital involved never released any medical documents. He called the incident a reflection of the real face of “uniformed doctors” and questioned how justice could be expected when even army commanders are allegedly involved.
Kumar further stated that fake messages were circulated to discredit his wife and mislead the public and police, calling it a deliberate campaign to suppress the truth. He accused the Modi government of enabling such abuses by failing to act against perpetrators and instead using character assassination and video intimidation tactics against victims.
He also revealed that following a complaint to the National Commission for Women, the SP of Kangra district was quickly transferred within five days—another sign, he claimed, of systemic interference.
Colonel Kumar vowed to expose the Indian Army’s Western Command, asserting that “the uniform is being used as a shield to commit crimes against women and violate human rights.” He concluded by questioning whether Indian generals consider themselves above the law, asking, “Who gave them the right to ruin the lives of women?”
These explosive allegations have sparked outrage online and further ignited debate over military accountability and women’s safety in India under the current administration. As of now, no official response has been issued by the Indian Army or the central government.
