Pakistan-China Friendship: A Priceless Gift for the Development of Balochistan

Quetta – Zang Zui, Chairman of KMC L, and Major Hamza from FC 170 Wing, while addressing a ceremony on Eid al-Adha at the Siyah Dak Project, Koh Sultan Mining Company, highlighted the significant role of the Pakistan-China friendship in the prosperity of Pakistan, particularly in Balochistan. They emphasized that the exemplary relationship between both countries is contributing immensely to the region’s development.
The ceremony was attended by senior officials, including GM U Angjun, Assistant Manager of KMC L Syed Jan Yousafzai, Admin Officers Talal Khan, Sohail Zafar, HR Manager Jahangir Baloch Ejbadi, Accommodation Officer Shehzad Nazir, Sohail Rabbani, Security Officer Hasnain Gul Sanjrani, Saraj Ahmed, along with various tribal leaders from neighboring villages such as Khan Abdul Rahman Mohammad Zai from Mashkay Chah, Suleman Ulfat Mohammad Zai from Nok Chah, Hafiz Salahuddin Mohammad Zai, Syed Bashir Syed Bilanoshi from Durbin Chah, Malik Saeed Ullah Mohammad Zai from Hame Rekodak, and Iisa Tahir from Rajay Gwalshtap Wadain Talap, among others.
In his speech, Zang Zui, Chairman of KMC L, mentioned that the friendship between Pakistan and China is a priceless gift, and their relationship is a model that is playing a pivotal role in bringing prosperity to Pakistan, especially Balochistan. “We will continue to strive to remain united and strong, so we can march forward on the path of progress and development,” he added. He further acknowledged that the Koh Sultan Mining Company is playing a crucial role in promoting love and harmony among the local population, as well as in driving key development projects in the area.
The tribal leaders, including Khan Abdul Rahman Mohammad Zai, Defence Member Sattar Yar Mohammad Zai, and others, expressed hope that such large-scale projects will continue to benefit the underdeveloped areas. They emphasized the urgent need for employment opportunities, infrastructure development, and other vital projects that could uplift the impoverished local population.
At the end of the event, the Chinese management distributed Eid gifts, including a large amount of ration, which proved to be a kind and thoughtful gesture, benefiting several local communities. The people of the area greatly appreciated the distribution, as it provided much-needed relief during the festive season.
The Chinese management of the Koh Sultan Mining Company also received gratitude for their efforts in involving the local communities from the very beginning of the project, and for their ongoing commitment to the welfare and development of the region.
