Ancient Quran Manuscripts Stolen from Jabal Noor-ul-Quran in Quetta

An unfortunate incident has occurred in Quetta, where ancient copies of the Quran were stolen from the Jabal Noor-ul-Quran, a place dedicated to preserving these sacred texts. The manuscripts were housed in a special facility carved into a mountain, specifically built to safeguard these priceless Quranic copies.
It is reported that approximately 120 copies of the Quran were stolen by unidentified thieves. According to Balach Lehri, the owner of Jabal Noor-ul-Quran, the thieves entered the gallery after 2 a.m. and broke the glass of the cabinets, taking the Quran manuscripts with them.
Jabal Noor-ul-Quran, located in the Jabal Anwar region of Quetta, is known for preserving rare and ancient Quranic manuscripts, attracting people from far and wide who come to view these historic texts.
Following the incident, the Balochistan Police registered a case of theft at the Brori Police Station and have commenced an investigation into the matter. Authorities are actively working to track down the culprits responsible for this significant crime.
