Balochistan Launches First Metro Train Service

Quetta:Federal Minister for Railways Hanif Abbasi visited the Chief Minister’s Secretariat in Quetta and met with Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti, where they welcomed the launch of the province’s first metro train service.

Hanif Abbasi congratulated Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti on the inauguration of the metro train service in Balochistan.

The federal minister said Balochistan had taken the lead among the country’s provinces with the launch of the metro train service. He praised the Balochistan government’s commitment to providing improved public transport facilities to citizens.

Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti thanked the Ministry of Railways for its cooperation in launching the service.

He said the Jinnah Metro Train Service marked the beginning of a new era of modern and reliable transportation in Balochistan.

The chief minister added that an important project aimed at improving public transport facilities in the province had been completed.
