Rakhi Sawant Sends 20 People on Umrah Ahead of Ramadan

Bollywood actress Rakhi Sawant has sent 20 individuals for Umrah ahead of the holy month of Ramadan, sharing a video of the generous act. In her video statement, Rakhi explained that she is doing a small but meaningful good deed in the name of Allah before Ramadan. She revealed that she is sending 10 Pakistani and 10 Indian individuals on Umrah.

Currently in Dubai, Rakhi mentioned that she will also provide Ihram (holy garments) to the men going for Umrah. She admitted that she is nervous as this is the first time she is doing something like this and prayed for Allah to accept her good deeds.

Rakhi shared that after completing Umrah three times, she had prayed to Allah to give her a responsibility, and this responsibility has now been given to her. She is dedicating all her earnings to this cause, believing that she is now living her life in the right way. Rakhi also expressed her desire to do something meaningful for her faith, life, and the afterlife. She prayed for unity between India and Pakistan.

As part of her initiative, Rakhi distributed food and Ihrams to the Umrah pilgrims and sent them off to Saudi Arabia from Dubai.

Rakhi Sawant, a popular Indian actress and dancer, embraced Islam after marrying Indian Muslim Adil Durrani and changed her name to Fatima. Unfortunately, her marriage did not last, and after separating from her husband last year, Rakhi performed Umrah. At the start of the new year, Rakhi released a video in which she expressed that while the world was celebrating the new year, she was performing Umrah. She believes that 2025 will be the best year of her life, as she began it with Umrah.
