Terrorist Attack on Security Forces’ Convoy in Mastung Condemned: Nawabzada Amir Hamza Zehri

QUETTA: Balochistan Adviser for Local Government and Rural Development Nawabzada Amir Hamza Khan Zehri has strongly condemned the terrorist attack on a security forces’ convoy in Mastung district.

In a statement, Zehri said terrorists attempting to disrupt peace and stability did not deserve any leniency. He said such cowardly attacks could not weaken the resolve to establish lasting peace in Balochistan.

He said security forces had made extraordinary sacrifices for peace in Pakistan and Balochistan, adding that these sacrifices were deeply valued.

Zehri expressed confidence that with public support and collective strength, terrorists would soon face defeat. He said the people of Balochistan were united against terrorism and stood firmly with the security forces.

The provincial adviser also expressed deep sorrow over the martyrdom of a security personnel in the attack and prayed for the elevation of the martyr’s ranks.

He also prayed for the speedy recovery of the personnel injured in the attack.
