Only the Naive Would Believe Imran Khan’s Hospital Transfer Decision Came Without a Deal: Iqrar-ul-Hassan

ISLAMABAD (Qudrat Daily): Awam Raj Tehreek chief Iqrar-ul-Hassan has questioned those who believe that the decision to transfer former prime minister and PTI founder Imran Khan to a hospital was made without any political deal.

In a post on X, Iqrar-ul-Hassan sarcastically asked those he described as “naive” to come forward if they believed that courts, which he alleged were otherwise controlled by the military establishment, had independently decided to allow Imran Khan to be shifted to a hospital without any deal.

In another post on X a day earlier, he criticized those opposing the decision to allow Imran Khan to receive medical treatment at a hospital in Pakistan.

He alleged that the leaders of some of those criticizing the decision had previously been allowed to receive treatment at hospitals abroad on the basis of what he described as fabricated medical reports.

Iqrar-ul-Hassan also said his social media timeline was evidence that he had consistently raised his voice for Imran Khan’s health, safety and release, as well as for the release and rights of PTI political prisoners, including Yasmin Rashid, Umar Cheema, Chaudhry Ijaz, Mahmood Rashid, Falak and Sanam Javed.
