National Party to Hold Grand Joining Ceremony in Quetta Today, Says Mir Rahmat Saleh Baloch

Quetta: National Party central leader and Deputy Parliamentary Leader in the Balochistan Assembly Mir Rahmat Saleh Baloch has announced that the party will hold a grand joining ceremony at 4:30 p.m. today (Wednesday) at the Quetta Press Club, where leaders and workers from various political parties are expected to formally join the National Party.

According to Mir Rahmat Saleh Baloch, the event will be attended by the party’s central leadership, members of the National and Provincial Assemblies, and other senior leaders, who will address participants.

He said that the decision of a large number of political workers and leaders, particularly from Panjgur and other districts of Balochistan, to join the National Party reflects growing public confidence in the party’s peaceful, democratic, and principled politics despite the prevailing political uncertainty.

Baloch stated that it is a matter of pride for the National Party that people are choosing to join its ranks even though it is not in power. He said this demonstrates public appreciation for the party’s clear stance on Balochistan’s rights, natural resources, coastline, and political autonomy.

He reiterated that the National Party believes the province’s political, economic, and social challenges can only be resolved through peaceful political struggle, democratic resistance, constitutional means, and public participation. He added that the party has consistently advocated dialogue and democratic processes instead of violence.

Mir Rahmat Saleh Baloch expressed confidence that the inclusion of new political figures and workers would strengthen the party’s organizational structure and have a positive impact on Balochistan’s overall political landscape.

He also urged party workers, office-bearers, and supporters to attend the grand joining ceremony in large numbers, warmly welcome the new members, and help make the event a success.
