Timely Completion of Development Projects and Transparent Use of Funds a Top Priority: CM Sarfaraz Bugti Urges Parliamentary Oversight

Quetta (Daily Qudrat) — Chief Minister of Balochistan, Mir Sarfaraz Bugti, chaired a parliamentary committee meeting on Friday to review the Public Sector Development Program (PSDP) and discuss the upcoming fiscal year’s development agenda. The meeting was attended by government and allied party-nominated parliamentary members.

Addressing the committee, CM Bugti emphasized that the timely completion of development projects and the transparent use of financial resources are the government’s top priorities. He stressed that every project should serve public interest and contribute to the province’s economic growth.

The Chief Minister urged parliamentary members to closely monitor the progress of ongoing projects and take immediate measures to resolve any delays or obstacles. The meeting also focused on improving the quality and pace of current development initiatives and included consultations on proposals for the next fiscal year.

CM Bugti highlighted that effective parliamentary oversight and coordination are essential for the transparent and productive execution of development projects. Discussions also covered sector-wise development targets and priorities to ensure optimal utilization of resources, creating employment opportunities, and providing essential services across Balochistan.
