Balochistan Suspends NADRA Processing of Arms Licences Across Province

Quetta: The Balochistan government has ordered the immediate suspension of the processing of NPB arms licences through all NADRA Registration Centres (NRCs) and NADRA counters across the province.

According to an official notification issued by the Balochistan Home Department (Arms Section) on July 15, 2026, the suspension will remain in effect until the digitization of arms dealership licences is completed and the relevant NADRA modules are installed in the offices of all deputy commissioners across the province.

The notification states that all notified NADRA Registration Centres in Balochistan, as well as NADRA counters located outside the province, have been instructed to immediately stop accepting or processing any new applications related to Balochistan’s NPB arms licences.

The provincial government has directed all commissioners, deputy commissioners, and relevant NADRA officials to ensure immediate and strict implementation of the order.

As a result, all arms licence processing through NADRA in Balochistan will remain suspended until further instructions are issued.
