Pakistan Increases Petrol and Diesel Prices

Islamabad: The federal government has announced an increase in the prices of petroleum products, with the revised rates taking effect from midnight.

According to a notification issued by the Petroleum Division, the price of petrol has been increased by Rs13.18 per litre, raising the new price to Rs310.71 per litre.

The price of high-speed diesel (HSD) has also been increased by Rs13.80 per litre, bringing the new rate to Rs323.30 per litre.

The revised fuel prices will come into effect after 12:00 a.m., according to the official notification.
