Iran Rejects Inspections of Bomb-Damaged Nuclear Sites

Tehran:Iran has ruled out allowing inspections of its bomb-damaged nuclear facilities, reaffirming its position that no access will be granted to sites targeted during recent attacks.

Iranian Parliament Speaker and senior negotiator Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf said that nuclear facilities damaged in strikes by Israel and the United States would not be opened for inspection under any circumstances.

Speaking to Iran’s Student News Network, Ghalibaf stated that the International Atomic Energy Agency currently has access to only two locations in Iran, including the Bushehr Nuclear Power Plant.

He added that Iran’s cooperation is limited to those designated sites and that no additional access to other nuclear facilities will be permitted.
