Terrorists Operating in Balochistan Under Indian Patronage Will Be Brought to Their Logical End: Balochistan CM
Quetta: Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti has praised security forces for a successful operation in Panjgur district, commending the professionalism, courage, and sacrifices of officers and personnel involved.
In a message posted on X, the chief minister said that terrorist elements linked to what he described as “Fitna al-Hindustan” are enemies of peace, development, and prosperity in Balochistan, but their objectives will never succeed.
He stated that security forces acted swiftly and effectively to foil the enemy’s plans, once again demonstrating that state institutions possess the capability to confront all forms of threats.
Bugti alleged that terrorists operating with Indian backing are attempting to create instability and sabotage development efforts in Balochistan. He added that law enforcement agencies and security forces are continuing operations against such elements and will pursue them until their objectives are completely defeated.
The chief minister emphasized that the people and government of Balochistan stand shoulder to shoulder with security forces in the fight against terrorism. He said cooperation between citizens and state institutions remains essential for eliminating the threat of terrorism and maintaining lasting peace.
Reaffirming the government’s commitment, Bugti said anti-state elements and their foreign sponsors would not be allowed to undermine peace and stability in the province. He added that all state institutions are united, active, and determined to eradicate terrorism under the government’s security and stability policy framework.
The chief minister also paid tribute to the officers and soldiers who participated in the operation, saying the nation deeply values the sacrifices and services of its security forces. He further honored the martyrs and their families, describing them as a source of pride for the entire country.
He concluded by reiterating that efforts to ensure peace, stability, and development in Balochistan will continue, and operations against terrorism will remain ongoing until the menace is completely eliminated.
