VC University of Balochistan Delivers Lecture on Strategic Planning at University of Loralai
Loralai: Vice Chancellor of the University of Balochistan and member of the Higher Education Commission, Professor Dr. Zahoor Ahmed Bazai, delivered a comprehensive lecture on strategic planning and policy development at the University of Loralai.
According to the Public Relations Department (PRD) of the University of Balochistan, a five-day training program for university management professionals was successfully concluded on May 16, 2026, under the National Academy of Higher Education (NAHE) National Outreach Program of the Higher Education Commission.
Dr. Zahoor Ahmed Bazai led the closing session, where he shared insights from his extensive academic, administrative, and professional experience. He focused on key areas including aligning national priorities with university vision and mission, developing effective strategies, monitoring progress, institutional policy formulation, and practical implementation mechanisms.
The Vice Chancellor of the University of Loralai, Engineer Professor Dr. Ehsanullah Kakar, along with Pro Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Adil Zaman Kasi, Registrar Dr. Khalid Khan, Dean Dr. Abdul Samad, and other faculty members, welcomed Dr. Bazai.
Dr. Ehsanullah Kakar appreciated the session and thanked Dr. Bazai, stating that the training would significantly contribute to improving strategic planning and modern university management practices at the University of Loralai.
The University of Loralai expressed gratitude to Professor Dr. Zahoor Ahmed Bazai for his contribution to professional capacity building and the promotion of higher education in Pakistan.
