Government Announces Underground Metro Blue Line Project for Lahore

ISLAMABAD (News Report) — The government has announced that the underground Metro Blue Line project in Lahore will be launched in the fiscal year 2027, with completion expected within approximately three years.

According to officials, the major transport project is being planned to improve urban mobility in the city and reduce traffic congestion as well as daily travel time for commuters.
