7 Killed, 18 Injured in Blast at Sarai Naurang Bazaar in Lakki Marwat

LAKKI MARWAT: At least seven people, including police personnel, were killed and more than 18 others injured in a powerful explosion in Sarai Naurang Bazaar, officials said.
According to police, the blast occurred near Naurang police station inside a rickshaw, causing widespread panic in the area. The bodies of the deceased were shifted to Naurang Hospital.
Hospital authorities confirmed that two traffic police officials were among those killed in the incident. The injured included women and children, with more than 18 people receiving treatment at the hospital.
Emergency has been declared at Sarai Naurang Hospital to handle the influx of casualties, hospital administration added.
Security forces have cordoned off the area and launched an investigation to determine the nature and target of the explosion.
